History / Experience

Michael Burke BComm FCA AMSF was born and bred in Melbourne. He formed Burke Corporate Advisory Group in the year 2000 and was also one of the first to join Mindshop where he is an Accredited Mindshop Facilitator. Mike has been coaching clients and using the Mindshop process and tools with great success predominantly with Private Business (mid-market) sector ever since.
He has a background in accounting, finance and business strategy. He has developed and runs three roundtable senior executive groups in Melbourne and created the well regarded "One Page Strategy Map" which he has been using with his clients and improving since 2008. He is also a virtual coach and signed up his first offshore (UK based) client in 2016. He attended UC Berkeley HAAS Business School in 2016 and immersed himself in the strategic thinking of Silicon Valley.

Mike is currently an independent Mindshop Expert and provides consulting and coaching in private business strategy, facilitating strategic planning workshops, coaching implementation of strategy (often the Achilles heel of leaders) and SWOT analysis. He also undertakes advisory board work and general business consulting to private business.
In his spare time he cycles.
