Corporate Strategy & Implementation
If you don’t plan your own business, the market place will do it for you.” Development and implementation of strategy is critical for business survival. The world is moving at a fast pace, and we need to be ready to deal with the challenges that it brings. To ensure the plan is implemented we use facilitation techniques, rather than traditional consulting, which also ensures that the strategies and plans are owned by you.

After completing an MBA five years ago I was impressed when the company introduced Michael to the executive team for further leadership development. Michael continues to challenge the team on strategic planning, becoming more agile as a business and coping with change in the challenging FMCG space. He provides one-on-one coaching with many tools to assist in problem solving which is always refreshing and keeps you abreast of new ways to tackle day to day challenges. I would recommend Michael for strategic alignment and engagement in a small or large company or for staff that are keen to continue to be developed by a leadership coach.

Mentoring
Today’s leader is facing challenges from every corner of the business. From other managers, staff, shareholders, customers, suppliers, not to forget personal “life balance” issues.
Our mentoring program gives today’s business leader a three – pronged approach.

An external mentor can be the “honest” mirror. The external mentor will say things that others won’t. A good external mentor will also walk away if people cannot accept the truth. At Burke Corporate Advisory Group, we tell the truth. Our valued clients are businesses that want honesty to ensure that the right issues are addressed.
